Hill Country


The Hill Country Chapter had a Directors meeting November 15th.   New Committees were assigned and two of the committees met that night after the meeting was adjourned.

Here are the results of the Meetings committee; 

Committee Members are Randy Lenz Chair, Bill Daugherty Senior Advisor, Quinn Koehler, Jeff Coleman, Keith Cook and Josh Downey.

 

2012 Calendar

    March 20th,7:00 P.M., Elks Lodge            Jay Watkins, spring patterns, and equipment

    May 15th, 7:00 P.M., Elks Lodge              Master Marine, Boat and motor care

                                                                Whitaker Insurance, New marine insurance regs

    July 17th, 7:00 P.M., Elks Lodge              T.P.&W., Resource Management

    September 18 th, 7:00 P.M., Elks Lodge   Larry Varner, Deer Management

 

We will have four sponsors at $300.00 dollars each. This money will be used for door prizes and speaker gifts.  The sponsors can give money or merchandise in kind. If you would be interested in sponsoring the Meetings call Randy Lenz, 830-221-6931 or email him at randy@staytuff.com.

Five Directors will be assigned to each meeting to help set up and greet guests as they arrive.

The Tournament Committee members are Chris Lange/Sterling Schulz/Josh Downey Tournament co-chairs, Doug Webb Senior Advisor, Bilynda Lange, Jeff Coleman, Jerry & Judy Tillman, Sterling Schulz, Joe Mark, Miles Engelke, and Scott Webb.

 

There will be two tournaments in 2012. Dates to be announced later.
