Matagorda Bays is excited to announce our upcoming 2024 events schedule and we are looking to have another record setting year for fundraising. We are extremely proud of every chapter board member and how they seek out new and innovative ways to make our chapters kidfish, banquet, boat raffle and tournament a better experience for the chapter members and CCA Texas supporters!
2024 events schedule: Lil’ Salties KidFish – May 11, Chapter Banquet and Boat Raffle – June 37, and the Jim Ehman Memorial Guides Cup – TBD.
Our blue and white 2024 Haynie Magnum 25 powered by a Suzuki 350hp is being displayed at multiple locations in and around EL Campo and if you made it by the fishing show this February it was right at the front entrance. Chris’s Marine and Haynie Boats did another fantastic job putting this boat together and tickets are currently being sold by our board members and at surrounding locations! You can reach out to any of our board members to purchase raffle tickets, please contact us for more information.

The 2023 banquet was held on Thursday, June 29. Thank you to all attendees, volunteers, and sponsors for your support, together we helped raise crucial funds that will help ensure the health and conservation of our marine resources and anglers’ access to them here in Texas.
